YoungWilliams Wins Virginia Call Center Re-Bid
07.15.2013
YoungWilliams has been awarded a new contract with the Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS), Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) for operation of its Child Support Customer Service Center. YoungWilliams assumed responsibility for management of this project in April 2008 when the incumbent vendor, Tier Technologies, Inc., transferred operations to YoungWilliams in a novation agreement approved by the Commonwealth.
“We are excited about the opportunity to build upon our existing partnership with Virginia,” President Rob Wells stated. “We have some innovations scheduled for the new contract period that will further enhance our ability to serve Virginia child support customers.”
Nick Young, Director of Virginia’s Child Support Enforcement Program, stated he is “impressed with the unsurpassed customer services YoungWilliams is providing to those who rely on us to collect child support on behalf of their children.”
Located in Martinsville, Virginia, the CSC employs nearly 100 representatives. In September 2008, YoungWilliams and the DCSE shared an award from the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement for Exemplary Customer Service. Both entities have collaborated closely to create a state-of- the-art call center that delivers outstanding service to parents, employers, and other child support stakeholders.
YoungWilliams provides operations, call centers, and consulting services in partnerships with state and local child support agencies in nine states. With its exclusive focus on child support, YoungWilliams dedicates all its resources and overhead to supporting its local operations.
