New Office

YoungWilliams is expanding! YoungWilliams recently moved a team of its customer service employees into new office space at the South Pointe Business Park in Clinton, Mississippi. These employees handle customer contacts for the Louisiana Department of Children and Families (DCFS). Customer Service Representatives answer calls for the child support and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) programs. “These programs are important to our customers,” said Becky Hunt, Vice President of Contact Centers. “We take the time and care to answer their questions thoughtfully and accurately.”

In 2022, our YoungWilliams Team answered 476,740 SNAP calls and 234,379 child support calls for DCFS.

The training rooms are a major draw. “We are constantly training, whether it is new hire or refresher or professional development,” said Hunt. “In this new office, we have access to two nice training rooms. It makes a huge difference to have dedicated training space.”

There is room to grow, too. The work area can hold up to 100 employees. “We can use this space as we win additional business and serve even more families,” said Hunt.

Equally as important are the perks for the employees. “Work is more enjoyable when you have such a nice place,” said Hunt. “The building overlooks a lake and there are walking trails for employees to enjoy on break. We also have a cafeteria with outdoor eating areas and an onsite gym with discounted memberships available.”

YoungWilliams operates 4 state-wide customer service centers around the nation. In addition to answering calls, YoungWilliams uses its specially designed technology and industry expertise to offer partners a wide variety of options to connect with customers including email; text message; obtaining information from an IVR; chatbot or website; web form; and more.
