Tammy Pearson, Operations Manager at YoungWilliams, has been awarded the 2025 Award of Professional Excellence—Manager/Supervisor at the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) Annual Conference. This distinguished honor recognizes a child support manager or supervisor who has made outstanding contributions to the IV-D intergovernmental program and to the families and children it serves.
Tammy’s impact on the child support community is both wide-reaching and deeply respected. As a longtime leader in the field, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and driving policy innovation across jurisdictions. Her work has helped build a stronger, more connected intergovernmental child support community.
In addition to her role at YoungWilliams, Tammy serves on the ERICSA Executive Board as Secretary and chairs both the Communications and Archives Committees. She is also an active member of the Planning Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Intergovernmental Committee, and Onsite Committee. Her leadership in these roles has played a vital part in the success of ERICSA’s initiatives and events.
At the 2025 ERICSA Conference, Tammy led two well-received sessions: “Damn the Torpedoes – Full Speed Ahead! Armaments for Enforcing Support Orders” and the Inter-Jurisdictional (IJ) Fair, both of which emphasized best practices and collaboration in child support enforcement.
Tammy’s dedication to professional development, policy advancement, and family well-being exemplifies the spirit of the Award of Professional Excellence. YoungWilliams is proud to celebrate her well-earned recognition.
