Congratulations (Promotions)

YoungWilliams, a leading provider of child support and human services, announced today that Pat O’Donnell has joined the company as Vice President of Payment Processing.  She will lead YoungWilliams’ state disbursement unit and payment processing business lines.

O’Donnell comes to YoungWilliams from her position of Senior Vice President, KeyBank, N.A., where she led an initiative to create industry specific payment solutions with a focus on the public sector.  Prior to joining KeyBank, she served as Managing Director with one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, J.P. Morgan, where she was responsible for public sector business development.  Clients included large state government programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Child Support, Unemployment Insurance, and Foster Care/Adoption programs across the United States.

With extensive experience in technology, financial services, and payments, O’Donnell has spent much of her career working with governmental jurisdictions to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery. She is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA), and has served as chair since 2015.  EFTA is the only association in the United States dedicated solely to the effective delivery of government payments to eligible program participants.

YoungWilliams President Rob Wells said, “Pat will be an outstanding addition to our firm.  She has very specialized expertise in government payment processing and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding electronic funds transfers, state disbursement unit operations, banking regulations, and best practices.”

Incorporated in 1994, YoungWilliams is based in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The company currently has 62 project offices in nine states, including the Kansas Payment Center, full service child support offices, and health and human services contact centers. In 2017, YoungWilliams receipted and disbursed over $410 million child support collections and answered 5 million incoming calls.
