New Contracts

The State of Wyoming notified YoungWilliams of its second consecutive contract award for provision of child support services in five of the state’s nine judicial districts.  YoungWilliams has operated offices in Cheyenne, Laramie, Green River, Douglas, and Lander since 2008, when it was awarded its initial full service Wyoming contract. The company manages approximately 51 percent of the State’s child support caseload.

“According to a ranking circulated in the child support community, Wyoming has the nation’s top performing child support program and we are proud to be part of it,” stated YoungWilliams’ President, Rob Wells. “We look forward to continuing our work with the Department of Family Services, the publicly operated judicial districts, and Wyoming families.”

YoungWilliams’ Regional Program Manager Ellen Rutledge has provided oversight to the contract for the past 4 years.  A graduate of the University Wyoming College of Law, Ellen is an attorney with over 12 years’ experience with the Wyoming child support program.

YoungWilliams has provided child support services in partnership with state and local government agencies since 1993.  The firm, headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi has over 1,100 employees with operations in 11 states.
