Two members of the YoungWilliams management team have been elected to the boards of national child support organizations.  Ellen Rutledge was recently elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC), and Mary Ann Wellbank joined the board of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) for a one-year term as the representative of the Association’s past presidents.

Rutledge, an attorney, managed YoungWilliams’ Wyoming Project for 3-1/2 years, and recently became part of YoungWilliams’ Special Projects and Bid Team in the corporate office.  Ellen has a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Missouri.

Wellbank is YoungWilliams’ Vice President of Marketing and a former IV-D Director for the State of Montana.  She holds a B.A. in English from Illinois State University, and an M.B.A. in finance from DePaul University.

YoungWilliams has a long history of service to the child support community.  Currently, several other YoungWilliams managers serve on national boards of directors:  Carla West, North Carolina Manager, is the President of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA); John Hale, Virginia Customer Service Call Center Manager, is an ERICSA board member; and Lori Bengston, Nebraska Customer Service Center Manager is a WICSEC board member.   In previous years, El Paso Project Manager Jeff Ball, Lori Bengston, and Mary Ann Wellbank served as presidents of ERICSA, WICSEC, and NCSEA respectively.  Many YoungWilliams employees deliver training at state and national conferences, and participate on the boards of state child support associations.
