New Contracts

The New Mexico Human Services Department Child Support Enforcement Division awarded a two-year contract to YoungWilliams for operation of its Customer Service Support Center. YoungWilliams began answering incoming phone calls on July 1, 2016 and expects to respond to 25,000 calls each month from child support customers. As part of its commitment to New Mexico, YoungWilliams plans to implement a world class contact center using state of the art technology and highly skilled professionals.

YoungWilliams transitioned operations from another company, but retained the incumbent project manager, Julie Sheehan, and many experienced customer service representatives.  Sheehan has over sixteen years’ experience with New Mexico’s child support program.

Established in 1993, YoungWilliams has become one of the nation’s largest firms specializing in child support. The company provides customer service centers, full service offices, and specialized services in partnership with child support agencies in 11 states. In addition to New Mexico, YoungWilliams operates projects in Colorado, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wyoming. In 2015, YoungWilliams answered nearly 11 million phone calls from child support customers.
