New Hanover County, North Carolina Awards YoungWilliams Full Service Child Support Contract

YoungWilliams has been awarded a contract to provide full service child support services to New Hanover County, North Carolina beginning August 2006. Under the agreement, YoungWilliams will provide paternity, enforcement and legal services to the county.
