NCSEA Honorary Life Member Award: Bengston Recognized for Her Service

The National Child Support Engagement Association (NCSEA) honored YoungWilliams’ Lori Bengston with its Honorary Life Member Award during its 2023 Leadership Symposium. Lifetime members are selected for their service and commitment to NCSEA. Bengston has worked tirelessly for NCSEA for close to 20 years. A Board Member for many years, she served as President from 2021-2022 and will complete her terms as Immediate Past President in August.

Bengston was instrumental in creating NCSEA U, NCSEA’s professional development initiative for emerging leaders. NCSEA U held the first session at the 2014 Leadership Symposium conference in Portland, Oregon and it continues to this day. She has co-chaired the membership, Policy Forum, Governance committee, and Professional Development Committees. She has served on Finance for many years.

At YoungWilliams, Bengston has managed the Nebraska Customer Service Center since it opened in 2001. Bengston is recognized as an industry expert in customer service and often speaks at national and state conferences.
