Mary Ann Wellbank, President of the National Child Support Association, Joins YoungWilliams

Mary Ann Wellbank joined YoungWilliams as Vice President. She is now one of three former IV-D Directors at YoungWilliams. Mary Ann brings over fifteen years child support experience with ten years as Montana’s IV-D Director and five years in the private sector. Under her leadership, Montana became the first state to receive federal certification for its automated system in compliance with the Family Support Act and the first to operate a statewide customer service unit in partnership with the private sector. Mary Ann brings a comprehensive understanding of the IV-D program and a heart felt commitment to the child support community. She is currently President of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) and serves on the board of the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC). She served as President of the National Council of child Support Directors (NCCSD) in 2001 and received the federal OCSE Commissioner’s Award for Distinguished Service that year as well.

She is a tireless and creative leader who is completely in tune with our mission and absolutely dedicated to enhancing the national program.” Mary Ann’s responsibilities at YoungWilliams include business development, consulting, supporting the child support community, and helping our clients find innovative, cost-effective ways to meet daily challenges and program goals.
Mary Ann holds an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and a B.A. in English from Illinois State University.
