Introduction

By opting into the Email and SMS programs offered by YoungWilliams, you agree to receive recurring emails and SMS messages to the mobile phone number and email you provided. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement“) which comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC’s 2024 guidelines. Please read this Agreement carefully before subscribing to YoungWilliams communications.

1. Opt-In Consent

In accordance with the 2024 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you consent to receiving emails and SMS/text messages from YoungWilliams, including promotional, transactional, and informational messages. Your consent will apply only to YoungWilliams and will not be shared across multiple brands or organizations. All messages will be logically and topically related to your stated purpose for consent.
  • No Forced Consent
    • Providing SMS consent is not required for obtaining any products or services, and you are not obligated to give SMS consent when signing up for other marketing materials.
  • Disclosure Language
    • YoungWilliams will clearly disclose the nature of SMS messages before you opt-in. Disclosure language will be placed above any SMS consent checkbox or button.
  • No Lead Generation or Purchased Lists
    • YoungWilliams does not accept SMS consent obtained from third-party lead generators, affiliate partners, or purchased contact lists, and all subscribers must directly opt-in through YoungWilliams official platforms.

3. Message Frequency & Data Rates

Emails will be sent periodically based on promotions and updates. SMS message frequency may vary depending on campaigns and service notifications. YoungWilliams does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard carrier text messages and data rates may apply. By opting in, you acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier. YoungWilliams is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for receiving or sending messages related to our service.

4. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You may opt out of our messages at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email you receive from us, or by replying with the word “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will not receive any further messages unless you choose to opt back in; though, you may still receive essential transactional or service-related communications if you remain a customer of our governmental clients or services.

5. Data Privacy & Security

At YoungWilliams, we take your privacy seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, which means that your phone number and interaction data will only be used for the purposes of delivering the SMS messages outlined in this agreement. All subscriber data is managed in accordance with industry best practices to ensure security and confidentiality. 6. User Responsibilities

By subscribing to YoungWilliams emails or SMS messages, you agree to use our communications for lawful purposes, to provide accurate contact information, and to immediately notify YoungWilliams if you suspect unauthorized use of your email or phone number.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

YoungWilliams cannot guarantee that messaging services will always be available in all areas. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service for Email or SMS messaging due to carrier restrictions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, and are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages. All content provided in our messages is for informational purposes only.

8. Changes and Updates to Terms and Conditions

YoungWilliams reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. By continuing use of YoungWilliams Email and SMS services after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
