New Contracts

President Rob Wells announced today that El Paso County has awarded a contract to operate its child support program to YoungWilliams beginning January 1, 2011.  The company will dedicate sixty employees to this project, and assume responsibility for operating the County’s Parent Opportunity Program (POP), which provides a continuum of supportive services to parents and children in the child support caseload.

YoungWilliams has hired Jeff Ball, a well-known leader in the national child support community, to manage this Colorado Springs based project.  Jeff brings over twenty-three years experience in the public and private sectors of the child support program.  “El Paso County retained YoungWilliams to operate an outstanding child support program that focuses on performance improvements, positive outcomes for children, and excellent customer service.”  Jeff added, “We take our responsibilities seriously, and intend to demonstrate the County’s conviction that child support involves much more than money.”

YoungWilliams has earned a national reputation for world-class customer service.  YoungWilliams’ child support professionals strive to exceed customer expectations while helping them navigate through the child support system, and meet their responsibilities to their children.
