An innovative leader in the child support community, Alyson Campbell, has joined YoungWilliams as Regional Vice President. In this capacity, she will oversee YoungWilliams’ full service child support offices in North Carolina and Tennessee. “We are delighted to welcome Alyson aboard,” announced YoungWilliams’ President, Rob Wells. “She is a great addition to our team, and will be a tremendous asset to our government clients.”
Alyson began her career with child support in 1985 as manager of a Missouri county child support office, and transferred to the state’s Division of Child Support Enforcement in 1988, advancing quickly through various positions. During her tenure with the state, she acquired comprehensive expertise in management and business process reengineering, and extensive knowledge of child support and human services programs. In 2006, Alyson led a major reorganization of Missouri’s child support program, introducing caseload stratification and improved workflows. In 2009, she was named Director of the Missouri Family Support Division. In this capacity, she provided leadership and guidance to the Child Support Program, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, and the state’s income maintenance programs including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid Eligibility, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Child Care Eligibility and the Community Services Block Grant programs. Prior to joining YoungWilliams, she retired from the state and started her own consulting firm.
