Before joining YoungWilliams, she held senior leadership positions at some of the country’s most influential financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan and KeyBank. In each role, she prioritized developing technology-forward solutions that help individuals move toward financial independence.

Her industry leadership extends beyond the workplace. Patricia served on the board of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association for over a decade, including five years as Chair. She continues to share her insights as a frequent speaker, podcast producer, and judge for the U.S. FinTech Awards. She also participated in Harvard’s executive education program, Women and Power: Leadership in a New World, offered through the Kennedy School of Government.

We are honored to celebrate Patricia’s achievements and her ongoing contributions to our company, our industry, and the broader community.
