Introduction

YoungWilliams, P.C. (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).  This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use Priya™ (the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  This Policy does not apply to any information collected by a third-party, including through any websites or other resources that may be accessible from the Services.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, your choice is not to use the Services. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). The Services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age and no one under that age is permitted to provide any personal information on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with specific Privacy Rights, the exact scope of which may vary by state. It is your responsibility to know and understand the rights in your state.  You may exercise any of those rights, or appeal a decision regarding a consumer rights request, by delivering written notice to legal@youngwilliams.com.  Your written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, and (3) a clear description of your request or appeal.  We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your written notification within thirty (30) days, but in any event within any period required by applicable law.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Services home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
