Stapleton Appointed as VP of Customer Contact Centers

John Stapleton has joined YoungWilliams as Vice President of Customer Contact Centers. John will provide executive oversight of YoungWilliams’ customer service center line of business.
An accomplished senior operations executive, Stapleton has over 24 years leadership experience. His background includes management of global multi-national contact centers, where he acquired extensive knowledge of project management, workforce optimization, and process improvement experience.
YoungWilliams’ President Rob Wells stated that “John is a proven leader with experience in operating high volume call centers around the world. He brings a deep understanding of customer care, workforce management, and call center technology. His knowledge will allow us to enhance our services and expand our footprint in this market. ”
Stapleton attended the University of Maryland University College and is a Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) Certified Registered Coordinator.
