The Tennessee Code allows for judges in a county to agree that the juvenile court will have jurisdiction to set, enforce, and modify support orders. In this case, the Courts had entered into an agreement in 2009 that gave the juvenile court jurisdiction over a support orders that were established in another court and one of the parties had applied for IV-D services.
