Rob Wells, President

Rob Wells has served as President and CEO since the company was incorporated in 1994. In 2011, he was named “Private Sector Individual of the Year” by the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) for his contributions to the child support community, and he was recognized by the Mississippi Business Journal in 2013 for his “Leadership in Law.”

Rob has been an attorney since 1991.  He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. He holds a B.S. with Honors and Distinction from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Dale Currie, Chief Financial Officer

A former partner in KPMG LLP, Dale Currie joined YoungWilliams in 2015 as Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing all finance and human resources functions.  During his 20-year tenure with KPMG LLP, he was elected to the global leadership forum and steering committee. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of an international information technologies company.

A graduate of Mississippi State University with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in professional accountancy, Currie is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years’ public accounting experience.  He is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John Tidwell, Chief Technology Officer

Serving as YoungWilliams’ Chief Technology Officer, John has over twenty years of experience in Information Technology (IT) including IT resource planning, vendor management, development, implementation, security and support of business system, including more than ten years’ experience in child support environments.

John holds an Executive M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration, Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, as well as several IT certifications, and serves as the leader of YoungWilliams’ IT professionals.

Mary Johnson, Vice President, Special Projects

An experienced private sector manager and attorney, Mary began her career with the child support program in 1995. Her resume includes 13 years' as the manager of full-service operations in Wyoming, service as past chair of the Wyoming Child Support Enforcement Division’s Medical Support and POSSE (Wyoming’s automated child support system) document committees, and continued participation on the Wyoming Legislative committee.

Prior to joining YoungWilliams, Mary provided guidance and oversight for the Customer Support Services Center in New Mexico, three new hire projects, and a full-service operation in Arizona. Since 2008, Mary has acted as a project consultant, business analyst, and policy writer.As Vice President of Special Projects, Mary manages YoungWilliams’ proposal team, oversees online training operations, and supports child support projects as needed.  Mary holds a juris doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a bachelor of science from the University of Wyoming.

John Stapleton, Vice President, Contact Centers

John is an accomplished senior operations executive with over 24 years leadership experience.  His background includes management of global multi-national contact centers, where he acquired extensive knowledge of project management, workforce optimization and process improvement experience. John oversees YoungWilliams’ customer service contact center line of business.

John attended the University of Maryland University College and is a Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) Certified Registered Coordinator.

Pat O'Donnell, Vice President, Payment Processing

Pat came to YoungWilliams from her position of Senior Vice President, KeyBank, N.A. Prior to joining KeyBank, she served as Managing Director with one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, J.P. Morgan, where she was responsible for public sector business development.  Clients included large state government programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Child Support, Unemployment Insurance, and Foster Care/Adoption programs across the United States.

With extensive experience in technology, financial services, and payments, O’Donnell has spent much of her career working with governmental jurisdictions to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery. She is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA), and has served as chair since 2015.  EFTA is the only association in the United States dedicated solely to the effective delivery of government payments to eligible program participants.

Kelly Lamson, Regional Vice President

A tenured child support attorney and administrator, Kelly began her work in the IV-D program in 1997 in the large urban office of Omaha, Nebraska.  Under her direction, this office has become the top performing urban office in the country.  As a Regional Vice President, Kelly is responsible for YoungWilliams' full- service child support operation in Nebraska and Kansas.  She is active in the Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations and in state and national child support organizations.

Kelly received her juris doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, Nebraska, and her bachelor of science from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas.

Alyson Campbell, Regional Vice President

Prior to joining YoungWilliams, Alyson served as Director of the Missouri Family Support Division, where she provided oversight to the Child Support Program, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid Eligibility, Low Income  Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Child Care Eligibility and the Community Services Block Grant programs.

Alyson's tenure with the child support program began in 1986, where she quickly advanced to leadership positions, including State IV-D Director. As Regional Vice President for YoungWilliams, Alyson oversees the company's full-service child support operations in North Carolina, and Tennessee.  Alyson attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield Missouri.

Jeff Ball, Regional Vice President

Jeff Ball is a veteran attorney and accomplished child support leader. His child support career began in 1990, when he served as General Counsel and Deputy Director for the U.S. Commission on Interstate Child Support.  Later, he became the Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of the federal office of child support enforcement. As Regional Vice President, Jeff provides executive oversight to YoungWilliams’ projects in Colorado and Wyoming. Jeff is very passionate about child support and has won numerous awards for his contributions to the child support program.

These include the Distinguished Service Award from the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) for work related to the child support aspects of welfare reform, the 2010 Felix Infausto Award from the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Enforcement Association (ERICSA) for his lifelong contributions in the area of intergovernmental child support, the Assistant Secretary’s Citation from the Federal Administration for Children and Families for Government Performance and Results Act for his strategic planning work, and the Commissioner’s Distinguished Service Award from the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) for overall leadership. Jeff and former YoungWilliams' Vice President of Marketing, Mary Ann Wellbank, co-authored a book, "The Insiders' Guide to Child Support - How the System Works." Jeff holds a juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a bachelor of arts in history from Miami University. 

Jeremy Smith, Regional Vice President

Jeremy Smith has been employed by YoungWilliams in a management capacity since 2012, most recently as Project Manager for YoungWilliams' Mississippi statewide full-service child support operations.  Prior to joining YoungWilliams, he served as Executive Minister for the First Presbyterian Church, Jackson, Mississippi. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Geneva College, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and his master of divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, Mississippi.

As Regional Vice President, Jeremy oversees the company's full-service child support operations in Mississippi.
