YoungWilliams proudly supports state and national child support organizations around the country.  Most recently, YoungWilliams helped sponsor the 2015 Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) Annual Training Conference & Exposition held in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

YoungWilliams’ North Carolina Project Manager, Carla West, completed her term as ERICSA President, and continues to serve on the ERICSA Board as Immediate Past President to help guide the organization.  John Hale, Project Manager for the YoungWilliams-operated Virginia Child Support Customer Service Center, is also a board member.

Jeff Ball, an honorary life member and 2010 Felix Infausto Award Winner for his outstanding leadership and contributions to ERICSA, participated in a workshop covering interstate modifications under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA), and spoke in a plenary session on custody and visitation in paternity cases.   Jeff’s extensive resume includes five years with the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) as a Senior Advisor to the Commissioner and Branch Chief, where he served as an Official Observer to the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws’ Uniform Interstate Family Support Act Drafting Committee.

“ERICSA is an excellent organization”  commented YoungWilliams President, Rob Wells.  “YoungWilliams is pleased to be a long-time corporate sponsor of ERICSA’s outstanding training event, and to provide knowledgeable speakers and leaders. We see this as a great opportunity to serve the child support community, and interact with our public and private sector colleagues.”

YoungWilliams is a leading provider of child support and call center services with 45 projects in 11 states.  Working with its public sector partners, YoungWilliams manages approximately 314,000 child support cases and resolves over 12 million telephone calls per year.
