New Contracts

The State of Oklahoma awarded YoungWilliams a contract to provide full child support services for the counties of Bryan, Atoka, and Coal. The YoungWilliams office, located in Durant, provides services to approximately 3,500 cases in the southeastern portion of the State.

After a quick, but smooth, transition from the previous vendor, YoungWilliams began operations on January 2, 2008. With this transition, Project Manager Brenda Kimery and her staff of ten child support professionals joined the YoungWilliams team.

Operations President Bob Johnson welcomed Brenda and the Durant staff to YoungWilliams. “We are very pleased that the current project staff has elected to join YoungWilliams. Brenda brings five years of Oklahoma child support experience and a very positive relationship with the State.” Kimery is a licensed Oklahoma attorney with a J.D. with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

On February 1, 2008, the office will move to a new address: 1312 N. First in Durant. Brenda Kimery expressed her excitement about the new facilities, “The new space is wonderful. It is bright and welcoming and much more accessible to our customers, as it is just off Highway 75-69.”

YoungWilliams believes that its facilities must be clean, professional. and inviting to children and families. The new Durant offices will include a children’s play area and private interview rooms where adults can discuss sensitive personal and financial issues. Additionally, YoungWilliams will bring its very popular “Children’s Book Program” to the new office. Bookshelves in the reception area will be stocked with hard back children’s books that children can enjoy during their visit and then take home.
